Returns

At Cozluxe™, every order is custom-packed and quality-checked before shipment.
For hygiene, fit, and fabric-integrity reasons, sofa covers and cushion covers fall under non-returnable household textile items once opened or used.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and unworn

  • The product is in its original sealed packaging

  • All accessories, labels and components are included

  • The item has no signs of pet hair, odors, stains, or stretching

  • The product has not been fitted, installed, or tested on furniture

Due to the nature of stretch fabrics, any item that has been tried on a sofa is considered used and cannot be returned.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exclusions (no returns accepted)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or fitted to furniture

  • Items with visible use, pet hair, odors, or damage

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Color differences caused by screen variations

  • Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Cushion covers and armrest covers once opened

Please ensure you measure your sofa according to our Size Guide before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product & packaging

  • A clear description of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost if the claim is valid.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet all conditions above.
Shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable.
A €8.95 handling fee per item may be deducted from refunds for inspection and processing.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Lost / Delayed Shipments

If a shipment exceeds 30 days, we will issue either a free replacement or store credit.
Refunds are not provided for courier delays outside our control.


Fraud Prevention

Cozluxe™ reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, and refunds in cases of:

  • Excessive return behavior

  • Return fraud

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Misuse of discount codes
